Susie:
Susie has over 25 years floral design experience, trained under renowned floral designer Bill Hixon, and is one of our creative specialists. She enjoys designing high style and chic bouquets, as well as traditional with flair. She is a Springfield native and seems to know just about everyone.

Amy:
Our primary wedding consultant, Amy has over 25 years design experience. Trained at American Floral Arts in Chicago, Amy has a wealth of creative ideas and talents. Special occasion planning and out of town ordering are two additional capacities where she serves.

Sheri:
Our Gift Basket Specialist, Sheri is responsible for most of our fruit, snack and gift baskets. She is also an excellent floral designer and team member. She will help you find what you’re looking for, answer questions or help you find the perfect arrangement that says just the right thing.

Sheila:
Sheila comes from a long line of florists. She is a member of the Slough’s Florist family, and worked at the family business since she was young. Sheila then worked for a couple of owners until she came to us in 2007. She is one of our primary sympathy and show designers, but also enjoys party work and traditional designs.

Allison:
An Ohio Certified Florist and ATI graduate, Allison will likely be the smiling face you see when walking in or the smiling voice you may hear over the phone. She is an outstanding part of our team and can help you find the perfect gift or design one especially for your order.

Amber:
Recently moved upstairs to office manager, Amber was trained here at Schneider’s as a designer and sales person, and has been an Ohio Florist Association (OFA) member since 2004. Barb:
Barbara is our Team Schneider cheerleader. She keeps our office running smoothly, and keeps us all in line-crossing our “t’s” and dotting our “i’s” with a smile and a laugh. Barbara is our resident problem solver and morale lifter.

Dick B.:
A Springfield High School graduate and lifetime resident, Dick retired from Navistar in 1982, and has delivered with us for over 20 years. Mr. B. has 2 children, 2 grandchildren, and has been married to his lovely wife Mary Jane for 50 plus years. If you receive or send flowers on a Wednesdays or Thursdays Dick will be the gentleman at the door.

Dick F.:
With his white beard and jolly smile, Dick finds it hard not to play Santa at Christmastime. Also a Springfield High grad, Dick has been with us for 12 years, after retiring from the William Bailey, Co. in 1997 with 47 years of service. He and his wife Paula have 2 children, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and have been married for over 50 years. Dick delivers on Fridays and Saturdays; and if he’s delivering your bouquet you’re sure to be greeted with a smile and warm hello.

Tom:
Known around town as the friendly mail carrier-after retiring from the Post Office in 1992, Tom’s friendly nature made it hard for him to stay home. Tom has been with us since 2006, and has a daughter, 2 grandchildren, and has been married to his sweetie, Sue, for over 40 years. Most mornings you can find Tom having a cup of coffee and baked goods with friends, as he has a sweet tooth as sweet as he is. You will be greeted by his smiling face if receiving flowers on a Monday or Tuesday.
